Hotel Review: Tryp Hotel, Guadalmar, Malaga, Andalucia, Spain - March 2017.



I stayed at the Tryp Málaga Guadalmar Hotel in March 2017. Two of us stayed for two nights, bed and breakfast, which cost £130 in total.



This film features views of the hotel's: lobby, reception, lift / elevator, views from the 4th floor towards Torremolinos; a detailed room inspection of room 404; views from the balcony of 404; the bar; restaurant; Restaurant; breakfast buffet; pharmacy machine; internet terminals; indoor pool; outdoor pool; and views of the hotel from Guadalmar Beach. The film also features some views of Guadalmar Beach.



This was a very nice hotel, and it was certainly worth the money to stay here. The room was comfortable, the hotel was modern and the breakfast was excellent.



The closeness to Malaga Airport is very convenient, however Guadalmar is a very quiet and isolated place. There is no easy seafront footpath to Torremolinos, you need to walk over a kilometre on beach / scrubland to get to the promenade, which is easier said than done (it's not a 'nice' walk). It is also a bus ride from Malaga.



I probably wouldn't stay here again because of the remoteness, we spent 30 Euros daily getting to Torremolinos and back, so we may as well just stayed in a more expensive hotel in Torremolinos. If all you're after is quiet and getting away from it, then this might be the place for you.
