Hotel Review: Best Western Mango House Resort, Airlie Beach, Queensland,...

I stayed at the Best Western Mango House Resort in Airlie Beach in September 2016, four of us stayed for 3 nights in two apartments (19 poolside and 19 tree side), the total cost for both apartments was $AU510, booked with

This film features footage of Apartment 19 (poolside), including the kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom and balcony. The swimming pool, spa bath and the local wildlife including some friendly cockatoos.

I enjoyed my time at this accommodation, the swimming pool was particularly good. There were some problems though. The remote control for the air conditioning in 19 Poolside did not work, meaning one night we could not turn it off, and our apartment was freezing cold. In 19 Tree Side there was a recurring ant infestation. This wasn't very pleasant for the two in our party who were staying there. My recommendation would definitely be to opt for a poolside apartment here.
